Face swelling issue
The oil has a very faint coconut scent, almost imperceptible, making its aroma quite disappointing. While its taste is fresh, it didn't work as a skin moisturiser for my face; I woke up with a swollen face after using it. I can’t recommend this oil based on my experience.

Gum swelling relief
The coconut fragrance is subtle, and I usually utilise this oil for oil pulling before brushing my teeth at night. I swish it for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, which can help whiten teeth and alleviate oral issues, including relieving gum swelling and pain.

Periodontal improvement
To combat periodontal disease, I gargle with virgin raw coconut oil twice daily as my gums are often swollen and painful. I initially purchased a smaller jar, and once I got accustomed to it, I bought the larger size. It’s also good mixed into coffee, providing a pleasant coconut aroma.

Inflammation subsides
This coconut oil is truly exceptional! The aroma transports you to a tropical paradise. I use it for frying and adding to porridge, and it's also packed with health benefits thanks to its unique lauric acid content. It can whiten your teeth, and for swollen gums, simply hold the oil in your mouth for relief. However, avoid using it on your face as it may be too heavy. It's a remarkable product worth trying!

Gum swelling reduction
I started using this oil for oil pulling, and I noticed a slight swelling of my gums diminished after the first session. I began with 2-3 minutes of rinsing and have gradually extended the time. After rinsing, I use a soft toothbrush for cleaning. It's advisable not to spit into the bathroom.
